No analytics, no cookies, no trackers. This site is static and sets nothing in your browser. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); we do not access or combine these logs with anything.
If you write to us, we process your name, email address and message content to answer and follow up (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR). Mail is currently routed through our email provider to a founder-managed inbox. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for the conversation or a legal obligation.
Customer recordings are processed only under a signed GDPR data-processing agreement, on EU-hosted infrastructure by default, with on-premises processing available for operating-room footage. Recordings are used solely to assess your sessions, never to train models for anyone else, and are deleted on the schedule the agreement sets. Clinical footage must be de-identified before transfer. The performance numbers published on this site come from public research datasets (e.g. HeiChole), not customer video.
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest; you may also complain to your supervisory authority. Write to [email protected].
